Leah Bautista-Quan has been my physical therapist for over twenty years. I first came to her after the orthopedist gave me a diagnosis of chondromalacia, which she was able to cure in a matter of months, with a combination of exercises and deep muscle massage.
Since then she has been a miracle worker many times, for my aches and pains, surgeries, and illnesses. She seems to find the root cause of many problems, in places where you might not expect. Her healing hands find the problems and give relief.
She gives excellent advice on alignment, posture, and position, as well as exercises to improve health and wellbeing. I can honestly say that my quality of life has improved since I met her. She is a Godsend.
